Doors and panels

Doors cover more of a kitchen than anything else, so they set the look. We use Polytec’s range.

  • Melamine in matt, woodgrain and textured finishes. Hard-wearing and good value.
  • 2-pac: MDF sprayed in any colour you like, in satin or gloss.
  • Profile doors, routed and sprayed in 2-pac, for a Hamptons or traditional kitchen.
  • Square or bevelled edges, 45° mitred edges, and aluminium finger-pull doors.

Benchtops

The benchtop takes the most wear in the room. Pick it with the doors, since the two are seen together.

  • Laminate from Nikpol, in plain colours, woodgrains and stone looks. A good choice for laundries.
  • Stone, including waterfall ends that run down the side of an island.
  • Stone costs less than you’d expect on a vanity, because the top is small.

Handles and knobs

Handles are the part you touch every day. They can stand out or disappear.

  • Handles and knobs from Nikpol, in a range of sizes and finishes.
  • Finger pulls built into the door, for a clean front with nothing sticking out.
  • Push-to-open, for no handle at all.

Storage and hardware

What sits behind the doors decides how well a room works. We fit Blum and Häfele hardware.

  • Hinges, drawer runners and lift-up doors from Blum.
  • Pull-out pantries, corner units and tall cabinet pull-outs.
  • Drawer inserts for spices, and velvet-lined ones for jewellery and watches.
  • Pull-out shoe, pant and tie racks in wardrobes.

Choosing colours from a sample board with Stefan

Pick your finishes from real samples.

At the first appointment Stefan takes you through the sample boards and gives advice on materials, colours and layout. You’ll see the real finishes before anything is drawn.
