What we collect
When you send the enquiry form, we get your name, email, phone number and suburb, the rooms you tick, your other answers and your message. We also note whether you ticked the box to get our emails. If you email or call us, we have what you tell us there.
Where it’s kept
The form saves your enquiry on the server that runs this website, with a customer record under your email address and a backup copy on the same server. Only our staff see it, in a password-protected area of the site. We keep it until we delete it or you ask us to.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, quote on your job and, if you go ahead, to design, build and install it. Our email replies are saved with your enquiry. We don’t sell or rent your details to anyone.
Each enquiry is emailed to us through Resend, an email delivery service, and our replies to you go out through it too. Resend only delivers those emails for us.
News and offers
We only send you news and offers by email if you tick the box on the form. It starts unticked. To stop them, email info@bluzkitchens.com.au or call 0425 717 511 and we’ll change your record.
Analytics
If we use website analytics, it is to see which pages people find useful. We do not run advertising cookies.
